These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EPIC Agent Suite mobile application (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes related to insurance, sales, client management, and internal communication.

You must not:

  • Use the app to harass, spam, or defraud

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or damage the App

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity occurring under your account

  • Ensuring information you enter is accurate

3. CRM & Client Data

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have permission to store client information

  • Complying with HIPAA and relevant privacy laws

  • Complying with carrier and CMS documentation guidelines

We securely store all client data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Call Recording

By using the call-recording feature:

  • You confirm that call recording is legal in your jurisdiction

  • You agree to obtain required consent from clients before recording

We are not responsible for unlawful call recording by users.

5. Messaging, SMS, and Email Compliance

Users agree to:

  • Follow AP2 / TCPA guidelines

  • Only send messages to contacts with legal opt-in

  • Not spam or misuse mass messaging tools

6. Intellectual Property

All app code, design, features, and branding belong to EPIC Broker Solutions or its licensors. Users may not copy or resell the App.

7. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Abuse the platform

  • Threaten security or compliance

Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data caused by user error

  • Violations of HIPAA or compliance laws by users

  • Third-party system outages

  • Damages resulting from misuse of the App

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Updates & Modifications

We may update features, security, or Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
