These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the EPIC Broker Solutions LLC website, EPIC Broker Suite mobile application, and related SMS messaging services. By accessing, installing, registering for, or using any of these services, a user agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the associated Privacy Policy.
1. Use of Services
Users agree to use the website, mobile application, and messaging services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, spam, fraud, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, uploading harmful content, and misuse of communication tools or account credentials.

4. Call Recording and Communications
Where call-recording features are available, users represent that recording is lawful in their jurisdiction and that all required consent has been obtained before recording any call. Users also agree to follow AP2, TCPA, and related communication compliance requirements when sending SMS, email, or other communications through the platform.
5. SMS Program Terms
Users who opt in to the SMS program agree to receive messages related to appointments, scheduling, service updates, and support communications. Message frequency varies based on user activity and services requested, and message and data rates may apply
Users may cancel SMS participation at any time by replying STOP to the sending number. For support, users may reply HELP or contact the company by phone or email using the published contact information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and participation in the SMS program is limited to users age 18 or older.The SMS program is intended to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CTIA guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, branding, materials, and features associated with the website and mobile application are owned by EPIC Broker Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
